Activate Action is a youth-led community-based organization (CBO) working with young people living with HIV and young people with disabilities in Homa Bay, Kenya. The organization started in 2017 as a youth-friendly sexual and reproductive health center and later, in 2020, registered as a CBO with the Ministry of Social Services (registration number: CBO/HUD/HB/0098/2020). We are united by the common goal of an open society in which HIV, disability, and gender are never a reason for exclusion, fear, or stigma. Our Mission is to build an inclusive social environment for young people living with HIV and disability in Homa Bay County, Kenya
